Tuna Melt!

Today I’m sharing what I made for lunch. Nothing fancy, but I was told how to use the top oven for toasting since we no longer have a toaster (my parents like using the toaster oven and the regular oven…)

I just used a can of light tuna in water, some regular mayonnaise, a little pepper, salt and “crazy salt”, and then added a small amount of Imo’s dressing (it’s a sweet Italian dressing from a St. Louis pizza place.) I toasted it and had a glass of orange juice because I’m feeling a little under the weather.

I know this isn’t really a recipe but I wanted to share my lunch. 🙂
